What counts as a seat?
A seat is a human user account. API keys do not count as seats — you can generate as many keys as you want on any plan.
Can I try Pro before paying?
Start on the Free plan — no credit card required. Upgrade to Pro at any time from Settings → Billing.
What happens if I go over storage?
We'll notify you. You won't lose data, but new writes will be blocked until you upgrade or free up space.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual billing is available at 2 months free (pay for 10, get 12). Contact us to switch.
